Description: Explores extent to which emerging digital communication technologies transform the institutions and practice of democratic government in the United States. Topics include the impact of emerging com- munication technology on campaigning, legislative representation, agency rulemaking, and deliberation, as well as the legal, regulatory, and political context of public sector technology.
