Description: Explores extent to which emerging digital communication technologies transform the institutions and practice of democratic government in the United States. Topics include the impact of emerging communication technology on campaigning, legislative representation, agency rule- making, and deliberation, as well as the legal, regula- tory, and political context of public sector technology.
