Description: Focuses on approaches to leadership in innovative organizations. Discusses top- ics such as competencies and characteristics of effec- tive leaders, team building and leadership styles, innovation in functional management practices, and implementing change. Includes exercises, case stud- ies, and invited guest speakers.
