Description: An experimental, integrative approach to contempo- rary cell and molecular biology techniques. Experiments include immunolocalization, isolation of cellular proteins and nucleic acids, electrophoretic analysis and immunoblotting, enzymatic manipulation of DNA in vitro, molecular cloning, and gene expres- sion.
