Prerequisites: concurrent enrollment in WRIT 003; WRIT 001 with a grade of S or better; or placement into WRIT 003 by the University Writing Program’s Writing Placement Process (WPP)
Description: Reinforces fundamental understanding and applications of English grammar and idiomatic expression, critical reading, and listening practice. Sets a foundation of improvement in reading comprehension, oral communication, and sentence clarity. Graded Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC). Course is repeatable to a maximum of 2 units.
