Description: Covers fundamental topics in materials science and engineering, such as composite materials, corrosion and degradation, electrical, thermal, magnetic and optical properties of materials as well as environmental, economic and ethical aspects. The laboratory hands on experience complements topics covered during the lectures.
Credit: Credit is awarded for one of the following MSE 002C or MSE 004L.
