Description: Examines theory informing and approaches to labor, community, movement, and direct/collective action organizing. Explores the ideas, concerns, conditions, values, aims, strategies, and tactics associated with organizing in those different contexts. Considers cases of actual organizers and also compares and contrasts recent and historical examples of organizing.
