Prerequisites: EE 020B or MATH 031 or ME 018B; EE 016 or CS 010B or ME 118; EE 106 or CS 141 or ME 120; restricted to class level standing of junior, or senior; or consent of instructor

Description: Provides foundational knowledge on analysis, control, and programming of robots. Considers configuration space; rigid body motion; forward, inverse, and velocity kinematics; dynamics; trajectory planning; robot motion control; localization and mapping; and robot ethics. Integrates hands-on labs to program robots in simulation and experimentally by reading and interpreting sensor data.
