Prerequisites: STAT 156A with a grade of C- or better
Description: Topics include illustrative applications of Frequentist theory to linear regression; logistic regression and ANOVA; introduction to Bayes’ rule, Bayesian probability concepts, and credible intervals; analysis of contingency tables; applications of sequential statistics; and methods for observational studies and missing data.
Credit: Credit is awarded for one of the following STAT 156B or STAT 160B.
