Description: Covers analog circuit design, layout, and verification of complementary metal oxide semiconductors (CMOSs) with use of computer-aided design tools. Topics covered include analog metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (MOSFET) models, current sources, references, amplified design, nonlinear analog circuits, dynamic analog circuits, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs), and digital-to-analog converters (DACs).
Credit: Credit is awarded for one of the following EE 135 or EE 282C.
