Description: Covers mathematical modeling of linear systems for time and frequency domain analysis. Topics include transfer function and state variable representations for analyzing stability, controllability, and observability; and closed-loop control design techniques by Bode, Nyquist, and root-locus methods. Laboratories involve both simulation and hardware exercises.

Credit: Credit is awarded for one of the following EE 132 or ME 121.
