Prerequisites: EDUC 003; admission to the California Teach program; consent of instructor
Description: Involves observation in classrooms in local schools identified as having exemplary programs in mathematics and science. Students record and interpret their observations and compare them to published studies of classrooms. Designed for lower-division students who plan to teach mathematics or science in the public schools.
Credit: Credit is awarded for only one of EDUC 002 or EDUC 004.
