Description: For the CEE 215 online section enrollment in the online Master- of-Science in Engineering Program; graduate standing; or consent of instructor. Introduces fundamental knowledge of microbial community analysis, microbial ecology, and microbe-microbe interactions. Also addresses the molecular tools to analyze microbial communities that are important in environmental engineering and environmental biotechnologies.
