Description: Introduces the principles of corrosion in metals and alloys. Discusses the relevant elements of electrochemistry, electrochemical corrosion, thermodynamics, and the kinetic aspects of corrosion. Includes projects that provide practical hands-on experience using state-of-the-art computational techniques in materials science.
