Prerequisites: admission to University Honors

Description: Honors course corresponding to HIST 020. A critical analysis of global historical changes in the twentieth century, and how they shape the world we live in today. Students explore popular revolutions, World Wars and the Cold War, social & cultural change, capitalism, imperialism & decolonization; environmental crises; technological innovation and other contemporary global developments.

Credit: Credit is awarded for one of the following HIST 020H, HIST 020, or HIST 020W.
