Prerequisites: graduate standing; or consent of instructor

Description: Covers digital image acquisition, image enhancement and restoration, image compression, and computer implementation and testing of image processing techniques. Provides hands-on experience of complete image processing systems, including image acquisition, processing, and display.

Credit: May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) with consent of instructor and graduate advisor. Credit is awarded for one of the following EE 281B or EE 152.
