Description: For the MGT 200 online section; enrollment in the Executive Master of Business Administration program; graduate standing. Enhances understanding of complex organizational life using multiple perspectives at the micro and macro levels. Addresses theories and research pertaining to organizational structure, culture, group dynamics, interpersonal relations, and social psychological factors with the goal of developing capabilities for diagnosing organizational problems and identifying appropriate solutions.
