Description: Studies the structure, function, and dynamics of plant cell division, expansion, and specialization. Emphasis on aspects unique to plants including cytoskeletal and cell plate dynamics during cytokinesis; intracellular trafficking and wall- dynamics during expansion; and targeting to chloroplasts and vacuoles during specialization.
