Description: Examines stochastic thermodynamics; the Fluctuation Theorems and the Jarzynski relation; protein and RNA denaturation; tests of the Jarzynski relation; chemical forces and self-assembly; enzymes and molecular machines; survey of molecular devices found in cells; and kinetics of real enzymes and machines.
