Description: An introduction to cross-cultural and multidisciplinary feminist theory. Explores the construction of gender and sexuality. Emphasizes the “female” and the “Feminine” in a varitety of cultural contexts. Credit is awarded for only one of GSST 100 or GSST 100S. Fulfills either the Humanities or Social Sciences requirement for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, but not both.
