Description: The study of organizations and institutions, focusing on their effect on the Chicano. Special emphasis will be placed on the processes of participation within institutions and of dealing with complex organizations. Concepts to be studied include conflict, role identity, and socialization. Fulfills the Social Sciences requirement for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
