Description: Pre- requisite(s): upper-division standing or consent of instructor. The study of organizations and institutions, focusing on their effect on the Chicano. Special em- phasis will be placed on the processes of participation within institutions and of dealing with complex organ- izations. Concepts to be studied include conflict, role identity, and socialization. Fulfills the Social Sciences requirement for the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences.
