Description: Examines the relationship of human society to the nat- ural environment from a multi-disciplinary approach. Considers ways in which values, paradigms, policies, technologies, and their interactions have determined humans’ current unsustainable relationship with the earth. Explores challenges inherent in moving society toward a more environmentally sustainable future.
