Description: An introduction to the formal analysis of politics, the role of strategic behavior, and the importance of political institutions in influencing political outcomes. Covers the basics of social choice and game theory and their applications to strategic voting, bargaining, cooperation, agenda setting, executive vetoes, conflict, and legislative bargaining.
