Description: Provides an overview of behavioral and emotional dis- orders affecting children and adolescents within a developmental context. Examines disorders affecting youth in terms of prevalence, developmental course, and theories. Topics include theoretical models of child psychopathology; diagnostic, assessment, and treatment practices; and the descriptive psychopathol- ogy of major childhood disorders.
