Description: An in-depth study of routing in computer net- works. Examines general principles and specific rout- ing protocols and technologies. Topics include Internet, Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM), optical, wireless, and ad hoc networks. May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) by students advanced to candidacy for the Ph.D.
