Description: Addresses managerial and ethical issues in the social, political, and legal environments of business. Focuses on strategies that firms employ to enhance performance, given their multiple stake- holders (e.g., consumers, suppliers, government, local communities, activists, nongovernmental organiza- tions). Uses domestic and international cases to illus- trate the strategic use of corporate social responsibili- ty.
