Description: Addresses managerial and ethical issues in the social, political, and legal environments of business. Focuses on strategies that firms employ to enhance performance, given their multiple stakeholders (e.g., consumers, suppliers, government, local communities, activists, nongovernmental organizations). Uses domestic and international cases to illustrate the strategic use of corporate social responsibility.
