Description: Survey of environmental valuation and economy-wide, long time-scale issues. Valuation methods covered include hedonic pricing, weak com- plements, contingent valuation, and ecosystem servic- es. Environmental macroeconomic topics include pop- ulation growth, biophysical constraints to economic growth, intertemporal welfare and sustainability, and sustainable development.
