Prerequisites: MATH 009C or MATH 09HC (may be taken concurrently)
Description: Topics include statistical regulari- ty, probability spaces, fundamental theorems in dis- crete probability, Bayes’ theorem, random variables, densities and distribution functions, continuous distri- butions, transformations of random variables, and central limit theorem.
Credit: Credit is awarded for only one of MATH 149A or STAT 160A.
