Description: An investigation of some of the traditional problems in Western philoso- phy that have been labeled metaphysical, such as the existence of God, the relationship between mind and body, the determinism versus free will debate, and the nature of time and space.
Credit: Credit is awarded for only one of PHIL 133 or PHIL 233.
