Description: Enhances student understanding of complex organizational life using multiple perspectives at the micro and macro levels. Addresses theories and research pertaining to organizational structure, cul- ture, group dynamics, interpersonal relations, and social psychological factors with the goal of developing students’ capabilities for diagnosing organizational problems and identifying appropriate solutions.
