Description: Covers biochemistry, pathophysiology, physical diagnosis, and imaging associated with gastrointesti- nal, endocrine, and reproductive health. Instruction is driven by cases and accomplished through lectures and discovery in small group discussions, laborato- ries, and conferences. Students using this course to fulfill requirements for the B.S. or Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences receive a letter grade; other stu- dents receive a Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) grade.
