I am interested in bioinformatics, machine learning, algorithms, data mining and data visualization. More specifically, I work on protein-protein interactions involving folding and binding; analysis and prediction of protein structure, function and post-translational modifications; statistical sequence analysis; small RNA discovery, and comparative genomics. My adviser is Stefano Lonardi.
