SOC 175: Social Roles and Interaction

Prerequisites: SOC 001 with a grade of C- or better or SOC 001H with a grade of C- or better; SOC 004 with a grade of C- or better, SOC 005 with a grade of C- or better

Description: Covers the nature of face-to-face contact between persons in everyday life. Examines the relationship among the social self, social roles, and communication in the day-to-day activities of people in informal groups, closed establishments, and public contacts.
