Description: Addresses public budgeting and finance as critical components of public policy. Covers reading public financial documents; budget preparation and budget cycles; government and its relation to the economy, governmental revenues, and expenditures; capital budgeting; debt management; public accounting; financial reporting; and intergovernmental fiscal relations.
