Description: Covers key concepts in synthesis and characterization techniques of nanoscale materials. Explores top down and bottom-up strategies for synthesizing low-dimensional nanomaterials and common techniques for nanoscale materials characterization. Also covers fundamental chemical principles of bonding, electronic structure, and atomic arrangements.
