Prerequisites: LING 111 with a grade of C- or better; or consent of instructor
Description: An in-depth study of the anatomical structures involved in speech, language, and swallowing and their physiological functions. Includes knowledge of the speech subsystems (respiration, phonation, resonance, and articulation), neural features related to language, and the structures involved in deglutition.
