Description: Introduces the fundamentals and applications of biosensors. Topics on enzyme-, whole cell-, tissue-, and antibody/antigen-based electrochemical, optical, and piezoelectric biosensors for applications in bioprocess monitoring and control, environmental monitoring, and health care are covered.
