Prerequisites: restricted to class level standing of junior, or senior; or consent of instructor

Description: Studies emerging issues in liberatory practices in performance, art, and activism. Focus varies by quarter. Topics may include: the conceptual and sacred; technology; worlding; un/worlding; art in and beyond the museum; techniques of mobilization; movement work and workers; subcultures in Black freedom movements and art. Course is repeatable to a maximum of 8 units.
