Description: Focuses on the applications of optical trapping methods to characterize the mechanical and electromechanical properties of biological cells and membranes, as well as to quantify molecular interactions. Also covers the use of optical probes for cellular and tissue imaging, as well as optical therapy. Graded Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC). Course is repeatable as content changes.
