Description: Covers various topics related to current exhibitions at the California Museum of Photography. Provides the necessary historical and theoretical background of the specific photographs on display. Addresses the wider museum context of the difference between working photographs, art photographs, and the politics of that designation. Course is repeatable as content or topic changes to a maximum of 12 units.
