Description: Covers interpretive methods used in social science research including interviews, ethnography, participant-observation, archival research, and case studies. Considers trade-offs involved in choosing one method or type of evidence over another. Provides practical experience with the major steps of interpretive research including project design and implementation, data analysis, writing, and publishing.
