Description: Analyzes the spatial structure of cities for a range of socioeconomic issues such as demographic changes, affordable housing, and economic development. Utilizes up-to-date geographic information systems (GIS) techniques to gain hands-on learning experiences with the core theories in urban geography and their policy applications in both U.S. and international contexts.
