Description: Studies the entrepreneurial process, its challenges, and the driving forces behind it—the managerial skills, mental attitudes, and basic knowledge necessary for creating and growing a new venture. Topics include opportunity assessment, building the management team, marshalling capital and other critical resources, and harvest strategies.
