Prerequisites: upper-division standing; consent of instructor
Description: Involves a research project on a problem in, or related to, mathematics conducted under the supervision of a Mathematics faculty member. Students who submit a term paper receive a letter grade; other students receive a Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) grade. Course is repeatable to a maximum of 8 units.
