Description: Examines the political agendas, socio-historical assumptions, and mundane structures of racial violence that constitute the announcement and canonization of a post-civil rights period occurring after the 1960s. May be taken Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) with consent of instructor and graduate advisor. Course is repeatable as topic changes to a maximum of 12 units.
