Description: Introduces numerical techniques for bioengineering phenomena. Topics include biomedical data handling; linear and nonlinear fitting of biological data; iterative solutions to nonlinear and transcendental biomedical problems; stochastic and deterministic models of biology; system level modeling of physiology; and basics of bioinformatic techniques.
