Description: Surveys contemporary contributions to the disciplinary lines of queer African diaspora religious studies in the Americas and the Caribbean. Explores how queerness and queering functions in the study of spiritual and religious spaces. Includes study of embodiment, divinities, rituals, and spiritual and religious practices.
