Prerequisites: graduate standing

Description: Consists of oral presentations and intense small-group discussions of the current literature and research on computational and experimental aspects of systems biology. Explores high-throughput experiments, experimental design, numerical methods, model development, written and oral presentation skills, ethics, and laboratory techniques. Students who present a seminar receive a letter grade; other students receive a Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) grade. Course is repeatable.
